Last I knew you could still get most back issues from Ray at ER for $2-$3
each. Drop him a note at his email address in the back cover and he can let
you know if the issue you need is still in stock.

It's possible that your transmitter has a replacement panel for that
portion. The modular construction allowed swapping out any defective
section for replacement with a known good module. You might have to seek
one out that is a closer match if cleaning doesn't help. If it were just a
case of it being dirty, it would be more uniform across all panels.
