[Milsurplus] red/black TTY shipboard question

Red is encrypted.
Black is not.
In USAF they were physically separate.
Red had effective filters on power and
signal lines.
Same Red/Black terminology used on
nukes, and their vehicles.
Red used Badge-Swap.  Black didn't.
