[Milsurplus] BC-348Q Rust on Chassis

Friends,

Today I acquired a BC-348Q that is in pretty decent shape overall. The main
detractor that I've found so far is a fair amount of surface rust on the
chassis. Not extreme rust just patchy spots across most of the chassis.

What is the recommended way to remove the rust? I'd prefer not to harm
other components or the tube number stamps on the chassis.
