[Milsurplus] R-45/ARR-7 Questions

Joe -
These days you can open the Micramold along the seam, remove the guts 
and insert a ceramic cap, then glue the cap back together, re-stuff.   I 
forget where I found this procedure, quite intense though.  These days a 
SMT of the proper voltage  may fit quite nicely inside the old housing.
