The VPHL-3 ID and date may be incorrect - I also found this -

That's my Dad flying that PB4Y-2 with the mountains in the
background.He was Lt.jg Russell Moyer PPC.He was in VB106 and VB109.I
have his log books and tons of photos . He picked up D67 at the
Consolidated Factory. It was destroyed in a Japanese suicide attack
while parked on the ground. That attack has been well documented.
