[Milsurplus] Tube base glue

I have been using Gorilla Glue for this for some time.  It seems to have enough heat resistance to survive, is sort of the same color as some of the original, and sticks well.  However, read the instructions carefuly, and do clean the glass, and restrain the tube in the base with a turn of tape or similar, as indeed the glue expands as it cures.

Works good on loose grid caps also. 

Saureisen is a darn hard to work ceramic cement, or at least it was 45 years ago, the last time I had to mess with it.
