[Milsurplus] Bendix TA-2J

The original hard brownish stuff is made by Saureisen (? sp), and
something like it is still available.

An alternative is clear RTV, sparingly applied. I would not break out the
original the existing cement if it is not crumbling. Degrease the glass
first for better adhesion.
