[Milsurplus] BC-929 Shock Mount

Hi John,

What the heck is going on?  One of these showed up at the New Jersey 
Antique Radio Club meeting last Friday.  I'd never seen one.  The 
serendipitous part is that we have a couple of Eureka transponders in 
the Infoage Museum.

Anyway, the mount is FT-409A.  There's an operator's manual on the web
