[Milsurplus] Is Fiction Garbage ?

Depends on which 'fiction' you get. There are almost as many genres of such as there are types of semiconductors.

Trust me, it's not all garbage. If you're thinking in terms of war movies, which is the impression I get, I found "Mr. Roberts" to be an absolute delight. Its sequel, 'Ensign Pulver,' though panned by numerous critics, was another I enjoyed (technical hiccups with the radio they were using notwithstanding).

If you delve into the realms of science fiction and fantasy, there is much to enjoy. That, however, is farther off topic than we've already drifted, so I'll shut up now. ;-)

	Keep the peace(es).
