I included no details, but a link to the Federal Register was posted.
Basically, pweople aqre seeing signals on some, but as yet not all, the
chains.

Stay tuned.  BTW, this is LORAN-C; not -A. More corrwectly eLORAN which is
backwards compatible with -C.
