[Milsurplus] LORAN is Back!

Apparently, some of the US LORAN-C chains are back in operation. This is
GREAT news from the time-nuts group.

Apparently, someone revisited the idiotic decision to shut it down,
perhaps in response to the LightSquared threat to GPS or the loss of the
recon drone to the Iranians, for lack of a backup nav system.

Looks like the pols cannot al;ways legislate engineering outcomes!
