[Milsurplus] ARC-65

I was in air force mars, they gave 3 of them to me ( ARC-65) . I was also stationed at davis monthan afb where they stored airplanes. 

They sent me to a school for the new 618-t1 collins transceiver. The collins 618-t1 was a great radio. It had a discrete switching power 

supply that allowed it to be powered from various voltages.
