True, but every RA-10DB has that MR-11D.

Yes...less than an hour.  But installing the MN-20 loop and
MN-52 control in the aircraft is also needed.

True...it's likely that most RA-10s used no LF/MF loop,
because very often a MN-26* provided RDF independent of
the MF/HF comm set.

But for aircraft lacking a dedicated RDF, a loop version
of the RA-10/TA-12 provided command/liaison/RDF capabilities
in a rather compact (for the era) set.  It's a clever system.
