[Milsurplus] AN/GRC-165 questions

Hello Jack,

I recently woke up an RF-301P, the packset little brother of the 
RF-301.  I just checked, it has similar birdies.  The the 14.336 is 
stronger.
These were really early synthesized radios, and I suspect it's the way 
they were from the beginning.
