[Milsurplus] Black Wrinkle Touchup... again

Hi,

I want to touch up some small areas (< 1/4" diameter) on old gear and am
looking for helpful hints.

I have what has been reccomended to work well (VHT SP201 Black Wrinkle
finish) but do not want to respray whole radios for many reasons.

I'd like to use a small brush to apply the paint locally, in three spaced
out coats, as reccomended, but am looking for hints from those who have
actually done this.
