[Milsurplus] ITT Mackay MSR 8000 info wanted

I need an info how to wire Power input connector.
9pins ,a b c D E F g h i,DEF are for high current 24V connections.
But a b c g h i are all connected by small wires.Turn on relay is
connected to i. Power on switch is connected to g and h.
Power supply,MSR 6214 side,,nothing is connected to g h and c.
So obviously ,supposed to jumper some to turn on Power Supply.
I picked this one from FCC office,thru GSA sales,they said it worked
OK,,but could not find the power cord.
