[Milsurplus] GRC-14 Pricing info needed

I'm in need of fair pricing info for this radio set.  
The items I have are comprised of:

T-631 Transmitter 
PP-1711 Power Supply 
R-808 Receiver (Pair)
C-2172 Control Box 
C-2171 Control Box (Pair)
No cables sets, just all Amphenol connectors except for power input female 
connector.
I have never powered up the T-631, PP-1711 just the R-808's.
I was advised by the previous owner he too had never powered it up either, sense 
he never had cables nor connectors.
