[Milsurplus] R-392 to much for me

You get the feeling some of these sellers watch too many of those reality shows like Pawn Stars and American Pickers and think they're savvy negotiators. 
 
Last week, I saw a nice Hallicrafters on ebay and the seller was local. His starting bid and buy-it-now prices were a little steep. I sent him an email, told him I was local and asked him to contact me if he decided to lower the starting bid. No thanks, he said, he already had 30 people bidding on it. Well, it's now several days later and I just checked his listing. Less than a day to go and no bids. I guess those 30 people all had a change of heart.
