[Milsurplus] ARC-39

I just pulled my AN/ARC-39 off the shelf and fired
it up.

QRV on 3870, 3885, 7290 and 7295. It also
is crystalled for 1990, but don't have a
160 meter antenna (yet).  The wattmeter is
saying 20W out.

My ultimate goal is to set this up with
an AN/ARN-59 and an ARC Type 12 setup.
