[Milsurplus] TBX in KW

I think the TBX was only considered obsolete mid-war (as mentioned by
Fantini) in a squad radio role.  I don't think it outgrew its role as an
inter-company or shore to ship set.  Try talking 10 miles on an SCR-300 and
I think you will be wishing you had a TBX.

Agree with the Marine Corps always being one step behind with a lot of
gear.  It's conservatism.
