John:

The 5490157-1 number is in a series assigned to GE Communications Products Dept, late of Lynchburg, VA. I hold as much of their parts files as I could pry out of them over the years, which does not include a single master list. Unfortunately, the list format changed over the years, going from printed pages to microfiche to CDs, none of which I have at hand at the moment. I will record the number and try to check the various lists today and let you know what I find. From 50 year old, fading memory, I guess that part number was issued in the late 50s, early 60s. Send a photo directly, and I will see if it is anything familiar.

73,
George

If anyone has a GE transformer reference, I am trying to identify:
GE number 9T45Y2751 and 5490157-1
which occur together, one under the other on the side of a heavytransformer. I can send pictures.
I have been using GOOGLE but so far can't even come close. I alsoemails GE earlier this week but have not heard from anyone.
Please QSL if you have any information.
Thanks, John W5JV
