[Milsurplus] New MF Amateur Band Approved at WRC - 472 to 479

While I have the appropriate ART-13 stuff here, I'm thinking a better
choice is that rig I've had stashed in a closet for a couple of years...
a BC-375, with the BC-306 external tank coil (ie, "Loading Coil").

Pull the modulator tubes (the FCC sure as hell ain't gonna allow AM on
the band, unfortunately) and they become a pair of spares for the MO and
the PA.

I'm thinking run the rig on a conservative, reduced plate voltage, like
600 to 800 VDC, to baby those 211 triodes.

Got another possible candidate here too; there's a TBW transmitter long
wave section out in my garage, but it needs a couple of tubes.
