[Milsurplus] New MF Amateur Band Approved at WRC - 472 to 479 kHz

The WRC has just approved a mostly worldwide amateur MF allocation from
472 kHz to 479 kHz (635.6 meters to 626.3 meters), 1 watt EIRP.

In the near future those O-16/ART-13 and O-17/ART-13A units, plus all those
other 200 to 500 kHz transmitters, may find some ham use as-is.
(But nothing for the T-15 and T-16/ARC-5.)
