[Milsurplus] Pi- Matching Networks

Not to be a "Know It All", but very few of us know how
to adjust a Pi network.   It requires both hands, and
they are used simultaneously.   One hand doing one
thing, the other hand doing the another.   This is true
of any kind of "Antenna Tuner" that has two or more
knobs, not counting the Inductor adjustment.
