[Milsurplus] RCA AVT/AVR Rig Shock Mounts

Several people have asked me about the shock mounts
on the RCA AVT-112 / AVR-20 / AVA-126A rig:

( I haven't done all my cosmetics yet, so don't pick on me ;-)
This isn't the final form for the shocks- still working on it.

The original shock mounts supplied by RCA had a
custom "L" bracket, but the rest of the hardware is
just common nuts, screws, and washers that fit the
particular install. The actual "shocks-" rubber grommets
which were a thick, single piece and fitted to the holes
in the L-bracket- had a short piece of steel tube
molded through the center for the screw shaft.
I have the original AVT-112 transmitter shock mounts,
but the rubber is completely degraded.
If replacement rubber mounts are available, I didn't find them.
The manual illustrates how these shocks are assembled:

The "shock mount" in the photo is the large, single grommet.
I decided to simulate the grommet in the horizontal shock on
the transmitter case using common faucet washers
that fit the hardware.

Since I mounted the rig on a wooden deck
and not sheet metal, I couldn't use the short screws for the
vertical shock. I had some real equipment rubber shocks
that fit the vertical part:

The AVA-126A power supply has the L-brackets already
attached. Here's how that went:

I intend to go back and drill holes through the deck and
counter-sink under the deck so I can use "correct" machine
screws and the rubber faucet washers to make it look "right."

I don't have the correct AVR-20 shock brackets,
so just have "place holders" there.

Hope this is helpful.
