[Milsurplus] AVT-12 Transmitter

Hi Rob,

Someone may have already pointed this out, but the AVT-12 is covered
in the 1939 book "Aeronautical Radio" which I think you can find
online.

According to the book it is a 4-channel transmitter covering
2600-6500KC. It's supposed to be 12x10x10 inches and uses an 803 in
the PA, so I'd assume it is suppressor modulated.  90W CW and 50 on
Phone.  The dynamotor is rated at 62A FLC.

The book has a detailed circuit description and schematic, but, alas,
no picture.
