[Milsurplus] BC-348 Backlash Again

Dave -
Now I my be doing it wrong:   I used wire jut big enough to fit in the 
gear teeth, to make a wire U shape keeper;  I push the gears past each 
other just enough for 1 or 2 teeth to cross over, just enough to load 
the spring, then slam the U shaped wire into the slot in the gear teeth 
to hold the tension, set the tuning capacitor in place, and tighten down 
the tuning cap., then pull the wire keeper.  Vo-La!
