[Milsurplus] EE-8 Plus, anyone got the skinny on this one?

It's an EE-105.  The EE-8 is stock.  The other chassis and panel is a 
filter unit.  According to TM 11-2014, it is used by line repairmen on carrier 
system lines.  The filter routes the voice frequency channel to the EE-8 
without loading down the carrier channels.
