My 9 year old daughter was watching this (Not me, not me, I swear! I was just walking by!) 
Episode is a rip-off of Fantastic Voyage. 

It's a "Green Radio" w/front lid that folds down paired w/ a T-17, horn speaker, and some old looking headphones.
