[Milsurplus] unknown antenna mount

Antenna mast base for the pre-war SCR-178/179 and the early war SCR-583.  
Qualifies for Dave S's definition pf "rare".  I sold my SCR-178 (which itself 
qualifies as "Scarce") but there are more radio sets around than IN-85's.  
So you'll have no problem finding a good home for it.  

FWIW, SCR-178 qualifies as "portable" because it has two handles for 
carrying.  And SCR-179 had two mules.  :-)
