[Milsurplus] Arc Lamps for projector sets

Arc lamps for the spotlights were used on towboats on the inland waterways 
for  years.  Some fo the older harbour boats still have them....As to DC, as 
late as 1970, maybe later DC would be found in many of the oldler buildings 
for the elevators.
