[Milsurplus] Arc Lamps for projector sets

Arc lamps for movie projectors used DC until Xenon was developed and
deployed. It was only a matter of where it came from... the line, a
rectifiere, or a MG set.
Scolly Square became City Hall about the time I arrived in Boston. The old
whores were displaced by the current ones... the politicians.
