[Milsurplus] 400 Hz Static Inverter

Has anyone tried one of those AC/AC converters for motor control? They are
pretty cheap and can go up to 1000Hz.

Yes. That's exactly what I'm considering, but I'd like to find a brand/model
that is known to be modifyable. Prints would be a real bonus.
