[Milsurplus] DPRK Military

I was watching a DPRK video about their military. One statement surprised
me,
"The soldiers emphasize more loyalty to the leaders of the Fatherland than
to
efficiency of weapons." Interesting.
My take on seeing the DPRK in all its branches: it looks great, for a heavy-
metal powerful military of about 1965-1970. But with views of other Potemkin
displays, such as 1950s science fiction based rocket control centers, or
mobile
missile launcher mockups, I have to wonder about the core. The roads
themselves,
out in the country, all look like back area rural tracks, and empty. Oxcarts
are
back. I think the core must be basically fragile, that they have to flog
this god-leader
thing so thoroughly. I'd say just isolate them, let them stew, and
eventually, like
Socialist Albania, it would fall apart.
