[Milsurplus] 83 murcury vapor tube

No issues that I know of.

Hickock used 'em in their high end tube testers; no preheating, and 
they're operated on
their sides.

These tubes seem to use very minimal amounts of mercury, and it 
doesn't get splashed around.

Only REAL issue is finding 'em at a reasonable price as replacements 
for my tester!
