[Milsurplus] interesting film site

Most likely the films are from the National Archives, where they would be
accessible to anyone - the seller has no special privileges.  He's just
earning a profit by making them more conveniently available.

Now it looks like those are official Signal Corps films - but apparently
this company is selling them, or access to them.  Wonder what a citizen has
to do to get access.
