[Milsurplus] Rodrigues cartoon

I thought I had already seen about every Rodrigues cartoon in PE and EI 
magazines.
So I'm looking at PE for 4/ 1965 and a cartoon:  man looking at DIRECTIONS 
sheet;
on the table before a him, an opened large cardboard box: " FM TUNER KIT".
On table, a punched, empty chassis. And some industrial looking large 
rackmount
black box with handles and a connector plug and nameplate.  He's reading,
"To secure the PARTS for your hi-fi FM tuner, simply disassemble this war 
surplus
radar receiver."
