Mine arrived today, free FedEx ground from NY to NC took two days.  Looks
brand new and weighs about three pounds.  Doing the Google search on
DPS-1600BB +manual did not yield any detailed info.  I did get the IBM blade
server manual but it just shows where the supplies go in the server.  I have
to get an IEC C19 power cord and then I can experiment.  I suspect it may
not power up by itself.  There is a grid of tiny pins that connect to the
server chassis along with the eight hefty slide on connectors and I imagine
that IBM has implemented some sort of an interlock to  enable/disable the
supply.  But maybe not, we'll see.
