That is a British WS19 HPA. It uses 3x 807s, and is all in one box. From
what I've heard, not a very useful unit.
You are thinking of the Canadian WS19 HPA, which is entirely different.
The Canadian unit uses a single 813 and comes in two boxes mounteed on a
carrier made of angle steel. It also requires a "Variometer Protector" as
it's capable of several hundred Watts.
The Canadian version is pretty scarce as <500 were built. Mony (most) were
sold in Montreal by North American Electronics on Notre Dame Street East
in the early 1960s. I coveted it muchly at the time, but could not afford
it.
IMO, the Canadian WS19 Mk IIIs, with the Crystal Calibrator and HPA, were
the apex of the era.
