[Milsurplus] Carrier Radio Rooms

Where would the transmitter room be on a carrier?  Is or was the radio room right next to the Admirals cabin the only receiver room or was there another one?  I thought i had read somewhere that there was more than one transmitter room also?  What was Radio Central?  I'm trying to dig up more info concerning the USS Midway.  The radio room next to the Admirals quarters is receivers and patch bays and a multitude of Mod 28's.  I'd like to know where to look for the transmitter room to see what is located in there.
