[Milsurplus] History of Radar and the EF-50

Some months back someone posted a link about the EF-50 and where it fell in the line leading to Radar  It was a really interesting read and i'd like to go back there and read more but the email with the link in it seems to have disappeared.  I think Centurylink cleans out my mailbox after 90 days.  I know i should have emails in here from months back but prior to June 30th are all gone.  

Any help with that link/post?
