[Milsurplus] BC-375 HV fuses needed

Maybe the pico-fuse vaporizes and the ensuing arc is snuffed out by the
surrounding borax.  DC arcs are hard to stop.  Generally you have to
extend and cool it until it is too cool to sustain the plasma.  AC arcs
are easy. (well, easier)
