[Milsurplus] OT: RCA AVR-100A info

Actually, the AVR-100 was indeed issued for use in light
aircraft and in ferrying duty during WWII.
It's in the Signal Corps SIG-5 for 1944.
I have a manual around here somewhere..... looking.
