Dave,

That is my understanding.

We used 29.6 for military (wide band) FM at the recent MRCA meet in 
Pennsylvania.  I don't know if any of the guys are trying to work skip, 
but it seems like a reasonable place to start.

Got your RT-524 on the "RED FLAG" channels?
