[Milsurplus] Homebrew ART-13 mounts

You know, you are making things very difficult for me, Mike.  Not only did
you convince me I can make a BC-348 mount complete with the thingies for the
Jones plug (which would probably be homemade as well), now you've got me
going with a mount for the matching transmitter.  (Of course, I'd use rubber
mounts but you already know that part. :-) )  *sigh* ... One more project to
add to the list of things after the current projects are complete.  ;-)
