Subject: [Milsurplus] Boonton gear

My Measurements Model 59 grid dip oscillator is one of my most useful
pieces
of WWII-era test equipment. I would never have been able to tune that
TBS
to 50Mc (horrors ! ) without it.

My Measurements Model 80 HF/VHF signal generator is also exceptionally
useful, and bears a USN orange anchor. Does a great job of testing
sensitivity on ARC-1 and other VHF sets.

NJ, where the electronics industry was born and raised. Anyone who
says
otherwise better be able to back it up with their knuckles.

There, I posted something on milsurplus about Boonton.
