[Milsurplus] Correction Re: BC-314-D Capacitors

In the BC-314-(*) and BC-344-(*), the capacitors in question are in fact 
triple 0.1 uf.  When I went to check facts, I must have moved the mouse 
slightly when I opened the Repair Manual file and opened the wrong one (the two 
manual numbers are one digit apart).
