[Milsurplus] New York Times mentions SCR 584

Speaking of the Green Books, I just received a copy of "The Signal Corps The
Test" and inside the cover is the inscription:

To Donna & Ken with compliments of the author
       Dixie R, Harris

Cool.  I love it when an old book has something of a personal nature inside,
even though it wasn't meant for me.
