[Milsurplus] TS-15-E use?

TS-15-A came out at least two years before the SCR-300 (BC-1000).  Earliest 
radio use that I know I can point to in a TM is with SCR-284.  But it would 
have naturally carried over to the replacement, SCR-694-C, and from there 
to AN/GRC-9 and then AN/GRC-87.  Except that the nomenclature became H-23/U 
during GRC-9 production.
