[Milsurplus] Electronics Course

I really don't much like the Art of Electronics, because it is more like a
cookbook than a tool for real understanding.

Of the suggestions in my summary post, I think the on-line course is the
best option, because it avoids cookbookery and the "electron flow" issue I
was not aware of w/ the NEET books.
